1. General Terms

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms stated herein. KD Studio reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All payments must be completed before the setup or delivery begins.
• Refunds are only available if the service has not yet started.
• No refunds will be given for completed or partially completed setups.

3. Ownership & Usage

Once a setup is completed and delivered, full ownership of the server files or configuration passes to the client. KD Studio retains the right to reuse non-exclusive designs or scripts unless otherwise agreed.

4. Support Policy

Free technical support is included for a limited time after setup completion. Extended support or maintenance may require an additional fee.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Reselling KD Studio’s services without permission.
• Claiming our work as your own without credit.
• Distributing KD Studio-owned assets or paid content publicly.

6. Liability

KD Studio is not responsible for any data loss, hosting issues, or third-party service failures. Clients are responsible for maintaining their backups and credentials.
